A modern approach to mortgages

Background

The current mortgage origination process is traditionally under-served and lacks investment, with actors in the process becoming content with it being a necessary evil to obtain a mortgage, where the broker, lender and solicitor often wear the pain to get from application to completion. Processes built on top of processes, restricted by legacy systems.

Objective

To create a white-label solution with the Mortgage Hub team, which would evolve the antiquated mortgage origination processes, and leverage new tools and technologies to help accelerate the application time for borrowers and lenders. By creating dedicated portals for lenders and brokers, we could integrate and highlight data for each party, to help achieve quicker quotes for customers.
